A Community of Practice For Early Career Programs
CROSS ACADEMY SUMMIT 2025
The Summit is a three-day conference and workshop that provides an opportunity for early career practitioners to connect and share with other professionals working to develop, grow and sustain their programs. The conference features program overviews from leading early career companies, group brainstorming sessions, benchmarking of best practices, and networking & idea sharing throughout the three days.
The agenda and topics for the conference are developed by the Association members to ensure that practitioners get the maximum value from the conference. 2024 Summit topics included: AI, Multi-national Programs, Program Sustainability, Learning and Enablement Frameworks, Measurement and Quality, and Front Line Manager Preparation.
